Jennifer is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida and has been in the mental health field since 2007.   She has worked and volunteered in a variety of settings including a crisis hotline, private practice, and mentor to homeless teenage girls.  She has a background with at-risk male youth and young fathers in East Harlem.   She has worked in substance abuse treatment settings helping clients to explore triggers for their behaviors as well as coping skills for maintaining sobriety.    However she works with a wide range of issues and populations.

​Jennifer works with adults of all ages.   She uses a combination of modalities in her work including cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems & parts work, somatic approaches, The Flash Technique and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).   She has been trained in couples work (Terry Real’s Relational Life Therapy Level 1) and practices LGBTQ+ affirming care.   She is a certified EMDR therapist and EMDR Approved Consultant.    She is also trained in EMDR Intensives.

Jennifer is also very involved in the holistic field.  Her background includes healing work which she began in 2001.   Healing work takes into consideration the whole person: mind, body and spirit to create balance in all areas.   She is a member of the Native American Church and practices multidimensional healing work.    Jennifer is proud to have a cultural self-awareness and sensitivity to work with diverse groups of people.  Her approach is to provide a warm, caring and comfortable space for the clients to address obstacles that keep them from having a fulfilling life.    She started coaching training over 20 years ago.  She became certified as a life coach, then over the years added niches as a holistic life coach as well as a spiritual life coach.   She is the perpetual student and aims to keep learning and growing so she can fully support you with your goals.
